Training

Trace Academia entrepreneurship bootcamp:train, structure, transform.

Four days of intensive bootcamp designed and delivered by Genetrix for some twenty young people aged 20 to 25, with Trace Academia and the support of the Fearless Fund.

Trace Academia
Delivering a module of the Trace Academia entrepreneurship bootcamp

A year ago, some twenty young people took part in an intensive entrepreneurship bootcamp led by Trace Academia with the support of the Fearless Fund. Alongside these organizations committed to young people, we had the honour of designing and delivering the entire training path.

Four days, one clear objective

Over 4 days, we supported these 20-to-25-year-olds around a clear objective: reveal their potential, structure their ideas and help them build solid projects, under the theme "Building your future: entrepreneurship and innovation".

Through modules on self-knowledge, leadership, market analysis, innovation and business creation, our approach was both structuring and transformational. Drawing on the principles of operational excellence, we worked to develop their ability to think strategically, steer performance, solve concrete problems and — above all — move from idea to action.

An impact participants measured for themselves

Participant feedback reflects the real impact of this intervention: a shift in mindset, greater clarity of ambition and renewed confidence in their ability to build a business.

This experience fully illustrates the vision carried by our firm's founder, Mr Jean-Jacques Bissouma: investing in human potential, and in African youth in particular, to make it a genuine engine of value creation for the continent.

Train, structure, transform: that is how the future is built to last.
