Our economies lack neither ambition nor potential. They have demographic growth, a large and determined young population, considerable resources, and increasingly ambitious development plans, at the level of our states as well as our companies. What they still too often lack is not vision: it is the alignment between what gets decided, what gets planned, and what actually gets executed. I have watched the same scene repeat itself, in different forms, throughout my career: strategies that are brilliant on paper and do not survive implementation.

That conviction is what founded Genetrix in 2015. We believe that the success of a transformation rests on a golden triangle (strategy, planning and execution) and that the only discipline capable of holding these three elements together is operational excellence. Not one management tool among others, but a mindset that refuses the status quo, a culture that spreads through every level of an organization, from the executive committee to frontline teams, and a rigorous approach that treats strategy, processes, teams and technology as inseparable levers. To this we add two convictions we hold dear. The first: lasting performance requires stable, capable value chains, freed from the sources of waste and variation that too often disperse value that should be captured. The second: it requires agile organizations, able to adapt to an environment now described as VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambiguous), where yesterday's stability no longer guarantees tomorrow's performance. A stable but rigid value chain does not survive this world; an agile but unstable organization never produces lasting results. Our work consists precisely in installing both at once.
