That's a wrap on five months of intensive transformation at ERANOVE. We are proud to announce the completion of a strategic upskilling programme delivered alongside the ERANOVE Group, a major pan-African producer of electricity and drinking water.
A programme structured in three levels
From January to May 2025, GENETRIX had the honour of supporting more than 240 senior technical managers — regional directors, deputy directors, plant managers and department heads — through an intensive action-learning path in operational excellence and problem solving.
Structured in three levels — Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced — the programme strengthened the key capabilities needed to meet the demands of a VUCA world (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous):
- Translating strategy into concrete actions, steered by relevant performance indicators
- Structuring work through processes
- Solving problems at the root and improving continuously
- Managing operational risks proactively
- Mobilizing leadership and collective intelligence, and supporting change
Our thanks

Beyond the tools, a culture
