With commitment and ambition, the executive team of the NOVAMED Medical Group has completed its Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training journey.
Improve and Control: the last two DMAIC phases
This final day was devoted to the "Improve" and "Control" phases of the DMAIC cycle, genuine levers of transformation. Through powerful tools such as SIPOC, flow diagrams, the 5 Whys, the 6Ms and the SDCA cycle, participants learned to structure their actions, prioritize solutions and secure results over time.
A shared conviction
Our particular thanks go to the group's Managing Director, Dr Boris Paul-Emile, whose strategic vision led to this programme, as well as Ms Pêtcha Coulibaly, Projects Director, and Ms Marie-Paule Bissouma, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Head of Human Resources, who embodied that commitment with determination throughout.
More than a methodological contribution, this immersion reinforced a shared conviction: operational excellence is now essential to improving care processes and driving collective performance.
It was also a genuine pleasure for our trainer, Mr Jean-Jacques Bissouma, to pass on his knowledge and contribute to this transformation.
A programme that will undoubtedly leave a lasting mark on NOVAMED's strategy and management.
